- Target specific buyer personas, craft personalized outreach messages, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through effective communication and presentation skills.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Use CRM software to manage leads and document all interactions with potential clients and partners.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, leads, and deal progress.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the commercial interior design sector.
- Analyze market data to identify new business prospects and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business development strategies.
Required Skills :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of business development or sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and builders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset.
