Job Requirements :
- Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Develop and present design concepts, proposals, and mood boards to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of detailed design plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Ensure the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes align with the design vision and budget.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with project team, purchase team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technology to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, project management, and exceptional services.

Required Skills :
- Bachelorβs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or in a similar senior design role, preferably in corporate or commercial projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent visual and spatial design skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
