Job Responsibilities

• Prepare measurement sheet from on site data & drawings
• Prepare bills of quantities & bills with rates from Tender
• Get the statements certified from client.
• Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
• Data entry and analysis in Click Up Software or ERP. (is used by the company)
• Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of security, and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options.
• Support Project Managers in billing & generated cost related reports and documentation.
• Rate analysis of specific details and create a consolidated data of the same for the future reference.

Skill Required

• B.E. (civil) or Diploma
• Must have 4-5 years of interior fit out projects experience
• Should be technically sound in C & I and well versed with MEP details.
